To get data from specify instagram user data to wordpress post, you need the sessionid when you login your instagram account.
Step 1: Login Instagram
You need to login your instagram account.
Step 2: Inspect Page
Right-click on current the page and choose “Inspect”.
Step 3: Get SessionID
Go to the “application” tab, select the “Cookies” tab then choose Instagram, Double-click on the “sessionid” cookie value and copy the value.
Step 4: Save SessionID
Save the value on the Instagram SessionID of Integrations Page.
