A property reinsurance and retrocession broking expert has left a nine-year tenure at Guy Carpenter in Bermuda and joined specialist reinsurance broker Willis Re, Reinsurance News is reporting.
Richard Keegan began his 15 year professional career at Aon as an assistant financial controller, before being appointed broker and later moving to Guy Carpenter, where he was most recently head of property retro Bermuda.
Lucy Clarke, Willis Re board member, said Mr Keegan brought a client-focused approach to the firm, having built strong relationships across both buyers and markets.
