Bad Albert’s may gain a new neighbor along Ballard Avenue Northwest.
In the red-brick heart of Old Ballard, next to Bad Albert’s, is a blue roll-up door at 5104 Ballard Ave. N.W. The space within was once home to Broomfield’s Marine Exhaust, which offered custom welding for the maritime trades. It seems to have been vacant for several years.
