At the end of a Monday Night Football contest between the San Francisco 49ers and the Carolina Panthers, 49ers star Jauan Jennings was seen getting into an altercation with his opponent.
The Niners won the game over Carolina 20-9 at home in California as the two teams went to shake hands.
But as Jennings made his way through the crowd, he suddenly and violently lashed out at Panthers safety Tre’von Moehring.
One of Moehring’s teammates, linebacker Krys Barnes, was able to shove Jennings away from the safety and held him back from going after the player again.
The source of Jennings’ anger wasn’t immediately apparent, however, the ESPN broadcast was able to find what ticked the receiver off.
On a play earlier in the game, Moehring and Jennings were blocking each other when it appeared Moehring intentionally punched his counterpart between his legs.
