Walking Down Diabetes 2025
Community walk for anyone interested in stepping outdoors, enjoying the sunshine, chatting with others, and benefits of low impact, free activity in our area. Come out for 1 lap around the track, walk for 10 minutes to 60 minutes whatever works for you, your health, and your time. Walk down diabetes, your sugars, your pounds, your blood pressure while improving your mood, muscle mass, and bone health to name a few.
