LA Rams break silence on worrying Puka Nacua injury after star man got hurt in Ravens win

There is concern within the Los Angeles Rams organization over the extent of Puka Nacua’s ankle injury.

Nacua was forced out of the Rams’ 17-3 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday after landing awkwardly in the end zone when he failed to take a catch from his quarterback, Matthew Stafford.

Head coach Sean McVay, speaking after the game, said he thinks his star wide receiver is going to miss next weekend’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London.

After that, the Rams have a bye week which could allow Nacua time to regroup before returning to NFL action on November 2 against New Orleans Saints.

Nacua looked in pain as he landed and got up slowly, hobbled for a few steps and went down again before being helped to the locker room.

The 24-year-old managed to return but did not return to top form, finishing the game with just two receptions for 28 yards.
