Main Ingredient

– 250 gr wheat flour

– Margarine 125 gr

– Salt 1/2 tsp

– 2 eggs

– Margarine 1 tbsp

– 1/2 bombay onion, 2 garlic cloves

– Button mushroom, smoked beef, spinach as needed

– Salt & pepper to taste

Liquid Fill:

– 1 yolk + 1 whole egg

– UHT Milk 150 ml

– Salt and pepper to taste

How to make:

1. Mix the skin ingredients, print on the pan, pierce the base of the pie. Bake at 170°C ±20 minutes (half cooked).

2. Saute the onions until fragrant, add the mushrooms, smoked beef, seasoning, then the spinach.

3. Mix the eggs and milk until smooth.

4. Fill the pie skin with the stir-fry, pour the liquid filling, add the cheese.

5. Re-grill at 200°C ±35 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
